If you are not satisfied with your purchase you have a 30 day money back or product replacement option. Most our our products also come with a manufacturer’s warranty. If the items do not meet the manufacturer’s warranty or has a manufacturing defect, you can return it at any time. The Waterproof World does not cover normal wear and tear or any damage caused by accidents or improper use. To start a refund please send an email to support@thewaterproofworld.com.

Time – You have 30 days to contact our company to start a return and refund. After 30 days, refund and returns will be handled case by case.

Product condition – You will have the option of your refund being given as a credit to the card you used for purchase, using paypal or we can mail a check.
